How many people and countries does Startek operate?

After the April 16, 2026 CCI Global merger, Startek operates with 50,000+ associates, 55 delivery centers, and 22 countries across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Africa [PRNewswire CCI merger release — 2026-04-16].

Note the stale-site caveat: Startek's own public pages still read '38,000 associates / 13 countries,' and startek.com/geo lists only 8 countries. These PREDATE the merger. The current post-merger figures are 50,000+ associates, 55 centers, 22 countries — not the 38,000/13 figures still published on the company's website.

For context, Startek contributed 38,000+ associates across 14 countries; CCI Global contributed 17,000+ employees and Africa's largest BPO presence [PRNewswire CCI merger release — 2026-04-16].
